They misdiagnosed the check engine light on 5 year old Silverado. They sold me a catalytic converter and spark plugs for $2,300 and said they fixed the issue. After driving it for an hour my check engine light came back on and it was worse than before. I had to tow it back to the dealer at my own expense. Then they said it would cost at least $1,300 more for them to diagnose it and it may need a motor replacement. They would be happy to sell me a motor for $10,000. Given the choices and the prior misdiagnosis I decided against those options. I inquired about a trade in and they said they could give me only $1,000. This dealership is laughable...I had a buddy fix it in my yard with $600 in parts and it has been driving good as new. I would not recommend doing business here.

Wonderful on the radiator flush. Drove the car as advised, for next few days. Temperature was good. Moved the car to clean the gutters. I found a dozen leak spots on the driveway. Brought it back to Allen Tillery. I was advised, the Corvette is 18 years old. Yet, it NEVER leaked any fluids before. I was down 10 oz.s of power steering fluid; after driving it for a total of about 5 hours, or so. NOW all a mechanic has to do is wrap a rag around the fitting, and give it a light squeeze, to disrupt the pressed on fitting to the power steering. NO marks. Say, I am a liar? OK, show me the video of the mechanic doing the work, Can't produce it, because of insurance reasons. OK; then why was I 10 oz.s low, on power steering fluid? Coincidence? We know there is no such thing. OK how about this: a good mechanic, checks your fluid levels, tire pressure, wear on tires, and basically writes down what they have found; that needs repairs. You know that kind of mechanic. So, why was nothing noted about leaking power steering fluid on my documents? Could it be, it wasn't leaking when I brought it in and when I left, it was because someone tampered with my car? I will never go back to Allen Tillery and have them work on my 2002 Corvette again! Also remember, due to the Corona Virus, business has been slow, and the mechanic gets paid by the job, and not the hour. You know of a good reputable mechanic, let me know. A Traveler, out

Price quoted, price accepted and work performed as per agreement,
Prior to this service, my wife and I walked in with the the intent of looking at new cars. In less than an hour, we had purchased a new car which we drove home, and still have. This was five years ago, so we are now looking for our next new car from Allen Tillery.

We buy all our cars from Allen Tillery Chevrolet. When I broke down on the highway to Little Rock they came to me on the highway with a rental car and then they towed my car to the shop.

Remembering that I had specifically communicated my concern and asked for the tires to be rotated and checked and the brakes properly checked also....

I took my car home and checked the tires..they had NOT been rotated,
I then took the car to american tires who checked them for me and said they were 'dangerous' because the side walls were splitting and could blow out anytime, I got that confirmed by another tire company too.
Even though this had happened I could not believe that they would ignore the brakes.
Recently, due to steering wheel shake on braking, I took the car into midas, who stripped everything down and told me that basically the back brakes were worn and completely out of balance with the front, causing excess stress on the front brakes and this had probably been so since I bought the car,

I find it incredibly difficult to understand how a company of this stature and reputation could put my life at risk.
They are the only ones to ever touched the car since it was bought from them.
So, once again, if you value your car and life, perhaps this is not the company to be dealing with.

GM and Allen Tillery said it is not a defect in material and workmanship so they will not fix it. They said if I wanted to fix it, they would have to send it back to the factory and replace all the glass at my expense. I traded the Equinox in for a 2011 Hyundai Tucson.
