Prior to this service, my wife and I walked in with the the intent of looking at new cars. In less than an hour, we had purchased a new car which we drove home, and still have. This was five years ago, so we are now looking for our next new car from Allen Tillery.
I took my car home and checked the tires..they had NOT been rotated,
I then took the car to american tires who checked them for me and said they were 'dangerous' because the side walls were splitting and could blow out anytime, I got that confirmed by another tire company too.
Even though this had happened I could not believe that they would ignore the brakes.
Recently, due to steering wheel shake on braking, I took the car into midas, who stripped everything down and told me that basically the back brakes were worn and completely out of balance with the front, causing excess stress on the front brakes and this had probably been so since I bought the car,
I find it incredibly difficult to understand how a company of this stature and reputation could put my life at risk.
They are the only ones to ever touched the car since it was bought from them.
So, once again, if you value your car and life, perhaps this is not the company to be dealing with.
