It was an emergency call. I had just moved out a trespasser and had to change the locks. He came within 15 minutes of my call. His name was John. He was friendly and courteous. He pulled up in his white van and within 30 minutes he was done and I handed him the check.
The location for service was my townhouse at 9 Reddina Lane, HSV, ARHe was awesome.
Also, he told me his fees over the phone before I asked him to come. Just so there would not be any surprise. He was right on: $45 for service call and $10 for each lock and $2 for each key plus tax.This is affordable
