Triple P Roofing LLC

Triple P is a professional company in all aspects of their work.  They inspected our roof thoroughly, gave us an estimate, and did not pressure us to make a decision.  Once we contracted with them to replace our roof they scheduled the job and kept to their schedule (although there was a mix-up on when the materials would be delivered-- nothing serious).  They showed up about 7:30 am and finished the entire job by 6:30 pm.  They cleaned up everything, leaving our yard and deck cleaner than they had been before the job.  A new roof job just doesn't have the cache of a new kitchen or bath remodel, but Triple P did such a nice job and gave us such a stress-free experience that we were actually excited about the new roof.  It looks great!

They are great. Punctuality, price and quality of work. The roof developed a leak in the spring when we were getting all of that rain in April and May. I had them come out and give me an estimate, I believe the young mans name was Scott. He was very professional and very courteous. He gave me a date when they would be able to come out and repair the roof. They had to work me in because they were very busy at the time due to the weather. Something came up and I did not have the money to pay them at that time so I called Scott and told him I would have to postpone them coming out because I would not have the money to pay them on that date. He sent his crew out anyway and told me that I could pay them when I got the money. Luckily it was just a setback of a couple of weeks and he accepted a post dated check. I do not know of to many companies that would be willing to do that. Thank you Mr. Smith and company!!

Well...I worked directly with one of the P's, a young man named Matt Parmalee. I called 5 roofing companies to give me estimates. Matt showed on time and gave me a great estimate. He also worked directly with the insurance adjusters meeting them at my home and I never had to interface with them. The upshot was that insurance paid for the enitre re-roof. I think your mileage may vary, but he was certainly there for me. I dont like to deal with the insurance part because they could tell me anything but they couldnt fool Matt!!!!
We wemt through two weekds with rain and Matt called every two days with "guesstaments" on roofing day. Then the day was set AND THE DAY BEFORE A TRUCK ARRIVED AND THEY UNLOADED ALL THE NECESSARY SUPPLIES NEATLY AND STACKED AT THE VERY END OF MY DRIVE.
So, the next day early at 7:30, his crew arrived and set to work. Matt was in and out all day. They worked steadily all day, then about 6:30 they were finished!!! Yeah! When I looked at the roof everything looked fine to me. Matt walked me through everything they did. My yard was spotless when they left and I couldnt find a nail anywhere.
Matt was always very politae, was never pushy and seemed to always be very professional. He is a swell young man. Lately, I have been writing reviews since I am medically retired and have all the time in the world...Oh, Matt is not related to me in any and he is not married to either of my daughters.

They were great, I loved them. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and I will use them every time I have roofing needs.

Very friendly. Prompt response when I called for estimate. Work done within a couple of days when told. Only wanted part of roof repaired. Miscommunication caused wrong part of roof to be repaired. Gave a discount for mistake. Work that was done was good. No mess left behind.

They were on time and finished the job in 13 hours. They cleaned up after themselves. They covered my flowers do they did not get damaged. The workers were professional and polite. They really went above and beyond. I worked with Tom.
