 + -1 moreI paid on draws, and the contractor abandoned the job halfway through because I lost track of how much he was asking for draws. What he did complete was acceptable, although not halfway through. In addition, someone urinated on my office sofa, not on the cushions, but removing the cushions and urinating in a line at the back of the sofa and along the line where the cushions separate. I listen to NPR and perhaps they were annoyed or perhaps just really hateful Fox News listeners. I cannot imagine anyone doing these kinds of things to other people.
Description of Work: Contractor was supposed to build an extension cabinet and add a pantry, along with replacing the existing cabinet doors, and taking out a wet bar and replacing it with a cabinet type bar. He also replaced one window and painted a porch area as well as the new and existing cabinets. The cabinet doors were never replaced ( I had already removed them), the floors were left torn up where the old pantry was, and laminate where the old wet bar was left as bare floor. The new window was left bare to the elements outside with gaps at the top where water could get in. His workers left his painting machine (I tried to clean it for him) without cleaning it up and his reciprocating saw..they just got up and left one day.
