Great service ! Very professional staff.

Had been referred there by another auto service that was booked solid till next morning. Had no appointment. Explained my tire need to very nice receptionist and she had a technician within minutes take my vehicle into shop. The place was busy. Within half hour I was called to say there had been a nail in the tire and it was now repaired. Cost very reasonable $15. I will go there for other needs in the future.

On time and good work. Only thing I didn't care for was the put a shiny coat on my floor matts and it was too slippery for a couple of weeks

I waited 2 hours for AAA, and when they told me it would be another hour, I went out in the freezing rain and inflated my tire with a compressor I keep in the trunk. I drove a short distance to Jensen's and asked if they could repair the tire. They were closing early because of the bad weather, but they patched my tire, and I was able to drive back to Hot Springs before the roads iced over.
I will not forget that they saved the day for me.

The staff at Jensen's immediately come to your car when you drive up. they are very friendly and the place feels comfortable.
We made an appt. to bring the truck in. They installed the batteries - approx. $150 / each for a total of $300.
we also had them rotate our tires, which was free, because we had bought the tires there. the total was approx. $330 with tax.
Jensen's is easily accessible from Hwy 7 North. there is plenty of room to park. feels very open.

I was extremely impressed by the main mechanic at this location. He worked with us to the best of his ability when we hit a hard moment and couldn't afford for the service we needed! The wait was comfortable, but long. However, in the end we were well taken care of!
