Tom came out with one day and gave me a quote for a new deck and ramp. He carefully listened to what I needed and made excellent suggestions. His quote was extremely reasonable. He not only explained his design but made sure I understood how to contact him if I had any further questions. Deck and ramp were built exactly as I required in a very timely manner. I am very happy with the service as well as the quality of work performed.
