World Class Roofing, Inc.

He came out and gave us an estimate, they put the roof in 2010.  Then a couple of years later the shingles started falling off for no reason at all. Contacted him about the shingles falling off and he stated that his business had been in a fire and he had no record of what he had done.  When I contacted him again this year he then stated that there was nothing he could do for me and that because of people like me was reason he has a bad raiting.  Then he states that there is no warranty and he does not have our contract.   Now, I have to have the shingles replaced through an entire new service provider. His license was revoked on June of 2014.

This was a roofing nightmare.  Although Daniel Garcia the owner/manager of World Class Roofing boasted about being a particualarly qualified licensed contractor with the ability to obtain a permit from the city of hot springs, he failed to do so.  Because of the poor quality of his work I called the building safety department.  Inspector Anthony Utsey detected fundamental short commings: 1. problems with the decking included the failing to replace rotten wood, 2. defective shingles (old or worn) were installed, 3. The shingles were improperly nailed (some were bent, missing, or both were nails were on 1 side) as the city inspector told me, besides the high change of  leaks a gust of strong wind could blow the entire roof away with no warning.
For this and other reasons Mr Utsey turned down the final inspections and declared the roof "not repairable".  The roof had to be redone from scratch.  It would be my choice to stay with the same roofer, or choose another one.  I picked the one everyone was praising as the best in town.  They did magnificent work and passed the city inspection with flying colors.  I am therefore very happy.
The sad part is that Mr Garcia from world class roofing who did not provide an honest job, feels entitled to get paid even for work that ended as scrap, customers trust must be earned and can not be bullied by hiring a lawyer and filling lawsuits. 

They did a pitiful job on my roof.  We were pleased with the Decara metal roofing product they used, but the quality of their work and the service they provided was awful.  They were very unresponsive when we tried contacting them regarding issues we had with our new roof that they installed.  We spent $16,000 on a new roof and they did just a terrible, pitiful job.  The workers they sent to do the installation spoke very little to no english.  A few weeks after the installation we had some rain and we had a very bad leak.  We called World Class and they came out to fix the leak but all they did was fill in the area with a bunch of caulking.  The manufacturer of the product said this was a big no-no.  A couple weeks later we had more rain and not only did we have the same leak the "fixed", we now had a second leak in another part of the roof.  To actually get the leaks fixed, we had to hire a different company to do the repairs and this cost us an additional $3,000.  This was within a couple months of getting the new roof installed.  We eventually hired a lawyer to try to resolve this issue and it was discovered that World Class Roofing didn't actually do the work - they subcontracted the work to be done by Hispanics.  So the lawyer explained that it would be very difficult to bring a case against them since they didn't do the work themselves.
