We have been using them for quite a few years, and we are very pleased with them. Our experience with them has gone well every time we have them. They are very good. You can have it done every two weeks or every month so you can tailor it to your own budget. So, that would be good. To me, the pricing is a little high, but if you want the service, you pay for it.

I used the cleaning authority for about 2 1/2 months and was never satisfied with them. I was constantly having to remind them what I needed done. They did not do what they promised regarding the "deep cleaning" they claim to do. My house was just skimmed over each time. My house is 3,800 square feet and they would be finished within 3 hours!!! No you know it WASNT clean!!! They did not speak English so good communication was out of the question and on top of everything else, they were always late! They are a complete JOKE and a waste of money!!!

This company has excellent customer service. The owners came out to
quote and he was very personable. I think they have the right ideas, but
there are a few issues. They cleaned my house on a monthly basis for
six or so months. Towards the end, I kept feeling like the maids were
missing areas and/or ignoring them all together. I would call the owners
to speak to them about it and they would send someone out to reclean
the next day. I just got to the point where I didn't want to have to
call to get a repeat clean. I just want the care put in the first time.

They are always good.  They always get the work done.  I feel good about my house when they leave.

I thought they were awful.  I've used them three times.

The work performed by this company is consistently excellant and they use their own equipment and supplies. There are several teams that work my area and each one does a great job. There are usually 2 or 3 people and they work quickly and efficiently. They never go into my cabinets or closets with the exception of getting out garbage bags to replace what is used in the kitchen. If I leave a door open, they will vacuum or mop closets. Their rotation method makes sure that the whole house gets the extra cleaning over a six week period. They clean every two weeks. I love this company!!
