I know Chris who works there and if we needed a plumber, he was very quick to respond to any of my requests. I would highly recommend Parker Plumbing. They have positive customer service. They were friendly, eager to please, and professional.

They were wonderful. They were absolutely polite, did exactly what we asked them to do, and let us know what they were doing instead of treating us like we didn't know what they were talking about. Now we recommend them to everybody. Their price was a lot less than another provider we had previously used. The reason they get a B for responsiveness is because they didn't send the bill right away, and it took them three months to get the bill to us. I would use no one other than them in the future.
