Auto Sales
My wife and I drove from Morrilton to Hot Springs to look at and potentially buy a specific car they had just received on trade. We were actually fixing to close on a deal when the sales manager, Moe, (who incidentally was sitting with us finalizing the deal) walks away to crunch the final numbers and comes back in with numbers we can agree on. He then tells us the vehicle just sold. We were told that the other party interested was told we were there to buy it. This is the most unethical dealership I've ever been involved with. It was so bad our original salesman wouldn't even come back into the office once the sales manager started with us. My gut feeling is that they misquoted us a price that was below what they wanted. I feel that they were able to charge the other party thousands of dollars more... so they rushed her through to get that paperwork completed first.

There manager is very friendly and showed me a placed to wait and get coffee. He kept me updated. They treat their customers fairly.

I don't take the vehicles there very often, but, take them there when I do take them. They are good. I give them high ratings and will use them again in the future.
