Description of Work: When we finally connected, almost everything was done. Will have to return to finish, but once he left, I realized there was another lock not changed. Sigh. Did a good job, once we were able to connect. The first day, cancelled, then I confused the date, then he was almost 3 hours late for the final appointment. The locks were nice and the service, once met, was well done, but they did leave off a lock.

 + -1 moreI guess I told the story in the other box. All went very well and was handled in a timely manner.
Description of Work: We arrived back in town from a 2 month trip and found that someone had locked the door of a closet off the patio. We did not have a key to open it. Called the company and got message saying he would call back in five minutes which he did. He said that he had two jobs ahead of ours but could be here between 12:30 and 1. He arrived promptly at 12:30. He took the lock off and rekeyed it and then rekeyed all the other locks so one key would fit all. He was very professional, very clean cut and had a very clean van. He was very personable. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again if the need arises.
