We called James after reading about him on Angie's List.  He arrived promptly at our appointment time set for the following day.  He was very straightforward and informed us of his price before the work started.  The work was completed in a timely fashion.  When I got home that night, I noticed that the toilet was still not flushing properly.  I called James the next morning and he came over immediately and fixed the problem.  There was not any additional charges for his work the second day.  I will always give James Ledbetter the opportunity to work on all of my plumbing problems. 

I called James and we set up a time for him to come look at the situation and give me quote on the work. He showed up on time and throughly inspected the existing supply plumbing. He gave me a Not-to-exceed quote, a date that he would start and the date on which he would be complete. The price and time frames looked right, fair and reasonable ( I had previously gotten other quotes) and I agreed for him to proceed. He and his helpers showed up on time and got right to work. The work was completed in two days as promised. The quality of the work was excellent, including his total clean-up upon job completion. At all times before, during, and after the job, he and his people conducted themselves in respectful and professional manner.
