Auto Body Work
A tree fell on my car and I called golden of an estimate for repair the car was not drivable so they sent a wrecker to tow the car in. They were prompt and courteous the next day they call and told me that the car was a total loss they faxed me the estimate and there was no charge.

It went pretty well, considering that my insurance company is awful. One slight disappointment was that they were scheduling about 2+ weeks out. It would have been nice to get the car repaired sooner. They did a good job, worked with my awful insurance company (Liberty Mutual), and got the job done one day earlier than originally promised.

The staff were very helpful and quickly addressed my problems. My insurance company couldn't be used to work with them but they still wrote me an estimate and gave me great advice on getting my car repaired.

Auto Body Work
I've used Golden's Paint and Body Shop for 20 years. They are good people and have a heck of a business with a good reputation. Their pricing is reasonable, they do exceptional work, and if they can save me money then they will save me money. Typically they work with the insurance company. They get the work done on time and if I have any complaints Golden's Paint and Body Shop will fix it.

Went for estimate. Scheduled service appointment. Golden's worked with my insurance company and helped with a rental car. Work performed on schedule. Car returned to me cleaner than when I first purchased it from dealer!
