City Termite & Pest Control

They have lied to me many times. I had to get the facts from the previous owners. But City still wants to lie to me over this house. I was going to get treatment anyway but no need to lie so much. Said they couldn't for attic because of insulation, said they wouldn't for under the house but said it was dusted even though 1st time it was not. Crawl space was never touched until 2nd time then only dusted. Never fogged. They also sprayed their chemicals I around my children and pets without telling is to clear the area until dry. One of my dogs developed a major skin irritation and City verbally offered to pay for her exam and but i never heard back from them. Very poor service, very unprofessional and were fined by the city plant board for miss use of chemicals. Because I had an employee on video spraying my dog and her food with the chemicals.

Had previously inspected, found termite problem, recommended removal of all under house insulation (10+ yr old) as part of the termite removal job. Scheduled work for 8 am today. Did not show up until 10, and did not call to explain delay. Office mgr told me he thought tech was here when I called to inquire; tech told me HE DID NOT HAVE MY NUMBER to notify me of delay. Told them we will get some competitor's bids before proceeding. MAY still use them, but doubtful.

It was terrible. They didn't get rid of the bugs. I tried to get them out here to spray once more. It was 3 days before a payment was due and they wouldn't do it unless I made a payment. They are in it for the money.
