They are prompt and do a quarterly service for outside pest control.  The bugs entering the basement from the outside have been eliminated.  The service is doing what we had expected and that is eliminating pest.  On one occasion we had an issue with ants getting into the AC unit and we called and they responded and eliminated that problem.  The staff in the office as well as the field are professional and friendly and customer service oriented.

The American techs always arrive on time and they do a great job.  I wholly prefer them over Terminix.  As an estate manager, I have migrated most of the homes I care for to American Termite and Pest Control.  They are unsurpassed in quality and professionalism!

They did the initial inspection when I got this house four years ago.  I just like the people that come to do the work.  I have never had any problems with them.  They call me and set up the appointment.  That is convenient for me.  They show up on time.  I am pretty happy with them.  I just had to call them once and they responded right away.  They are here within 30 minutes of their appointment time.

We are using them for several years. They are not a big company like others. They are very punctual.

I have been using American Termite and Pest in Hot Springs since 2006 for one of my properties.  During the annual inspection for 2010 an infestation of borers was discovered in the floor joists of this 110 year old house.  After I completed some joist and support beam repairs American Termite & Pest performed a treatment using non-toxic chemicals to combat the borers.  A re-inspection in early 2011 showed the borers were under control.
American Termite & Pest is always prompt, on time, courteous, and professional during their annual inspectiions.

They do just fine. I pay an annual fee. They come within the next day or two when it is time for me to schedule my annual report and I think that their fee is very reasonable. It is consistently the same person every year, which for me is the previous employer and I think that matters a lot that they keep the same people year after year.

We plan to contract with this company to have routine quarterly treatments.
