They were very helpful in selecting the product. When the matting on our carpeting went bad, we contacted All About Floors and they helped us get new carpeting through the manufacturer. I like working with them and they are very professional. I have been able to explain what I am looking for and they are on top of finding good options.

Terrible!!  The carpet layers did a terrible job laying the carpet and were very rude. They ran out of carpet and did not stretch it when they laid it.  We complained during the process but no one ever came out to check on it. They damaged many of our antiques during the process. They were mad they were having to move furniture which we had paid the store for them to do. When we finally went to the store and strongly encouraged the owner to come out he agreed with us so we had to do it all over again with the same carpet.  They were not able to stretch it all properly and it still is not right. The whole experience lasted about four weeks. It was just terrible!

They were terrible and had to do it twice. They had some carpet layers who were not reliable and the store did not come out and check. When we finally got the store out here they realized it was wrong so they had to pull up the old carpet and do it all again. I was not pleased with them at all and they had been highly recommended to me. The carpet layers were terrible and did not move any furniture and did not feel like they needed to move any. We were not pleased at all; they ran out of carpet and had to re-order to nothing went right about it. Their price was high and I will not use them again in the future.

It was a terrible experience.  The carpet layers that they sent were very rude and inexperienced.  They did not stretch the carpet and made a mess of it.  It did not reach the edges in some places and was cut wrong where there was not enough.  It had to be relaid, and new carpet had to be ordered for the mistake of cutting it wrong.  It was a different dye lot.  The owners never did come out to the house after many calls of complaints until we actually went to the store and asked them to come.  They did and admitted it was a terrible job and had it redone.   But they never came back to check on the new job to see how it was going or if it was done right.  All in all it was a terrible experience and I would never reccommend them to anyone.  They did give us a tiny percent (less than 5% ) fpr our trouble, but they should have given us that anyway for quantity that we ordered and price we paid.
