Description of Work: checked tanks, replaced 2 tanks , and made sure it lit properly before they left. also taught me how to check capacity in tanks and how to light fire and turn off pilot light.

 + -1 moreFrom what has happened so far I could not give them better than a C.
Description of Work: I had contacted them about getting a used propane tank. I had to call over and over to get them to bring the tank. They would promise to come but not show up. This went on for quit awhile. Finally they put the tank in but didn't paint it. Have promised repeatedly they would come and they always say tomorrow or few days, But don' t hear from them. Still haven' t. Painted it. These people are real friendly, but I am concerned about their dependability. In fairness to them we have had rainy or cloudy weather during the time I have been trying to get painted. The weather wasn't an issue on installation just would promise to come and then not.

 + -1 moreSo far we have been very happy with them. They come out and fill our propane tanks. We thought we had a problem at one point, and they came and checked it out quickly and promptly. Their service has always been very good.
