My experience with them was terrible. First he wanted to know what I was going to do with my own dishwasher. When he found out I was going to give my dishwasher to a neighbor, he changed his tune. He charged me $65 an hour. He was there an hour and forty minutes, and he billed me for 2 1/2 hours.
