The controller board wa bad,
Turns out it was under warrenty, and he got the parts replaced with the warrenty and saved me $200.00.

Tim has done work for us multiple times. Sorry to say we did not find him before the work done by others. Basically Tim has had to come in multiple times to fix others poor work. I am thankful we found him. I just joined Angie's list today looking for a plumber and decided to check on Tim. He does not have many reviews but don't let that bother you. Just call him. I highly recommend him.

My tenant did not say that she had any complaints. The work was fine. They did everything they said they were going to do, and they did it that day. I didn't really check around on anything, but I am guessing that their price was good. I think they did a really good job, and I had no complaints. I think they showed up on time. I only dealt with them on the phone.

The repairman came as promised. HE was very friendly and professional. He checked the A/C unit and discovered the blower had malfunctioned. He called the supply company and they said they would not have that blower until the next week. He called around and found another blower. He came back a few hours later and installed it. He did not charge me for another installation and said he would not because it was in warranty. THis was good, because I've had other repair people want to charge me another service call, even though it was for a defective part. THe repairman cleaned up after his work was done and the a/c has worked great ever since. I would recommend them to anyone.
