The owner Pat was very spiteful and overcharged my handicapped brother.  They quoted the job between $1500 and $1800, and charged $1800 but could not justify why -- the hours and material expenses did not match up.  She does not accept credit cards and we are out-of-state owners, so needed to mail them a check.  I would never do business with this mean-spirited woman again.  Her husband was very professional and seemed to do a good job, but we will not tolerate their practice of charging an extra $300 on a whim, because they don't accept credit cards like normal 21st century businesses. If you use them, beware of their capricious business practices.

husband broke the water pipe under our kitchen sink as he was trying to replace the sink after installing a new countertop. B and R was at our house within 4 hours of calling, even though I left a voicemail. They were fast and efficient. The repair has held up without any problem. Recommended.

They were very polite and responsive. They went out of their way to do what I needed done.

When I first called the company, I got an answering machine. I left a message, but called another company. They said they could come the next day. B and R called back a few hours later, explaining they had an emergency at a nursing home. They were able to get to us before the end of the day, and quickly completed the repairs. No muss, no fuss, no problems after the repair. We hope we won't need them again, but when (inevitably) we will, we will call B and R again.

They were amazing! They sent two workers within 30 minutes of my call and had the repair done within another 30 minutes despite horrible heat and humidity in the attic and barely accessible space to do the repair. Some PVC tubing for the HVAC unit had apparently been chewed by rodents and sprung a leak. They repaired the tubing and glued the tubing properly, something that had not been done by the installers. The quick response, successful repair and reasonable cost made me want to sing their praises to Angie's List.

This company absolutely impressed me. They were cordial, hardworking, a masters of their trade and affordable in my book. We really felt good about using their services. We just moved here from Texas and it was nice to use a really good company right off the bat. They worked so hard for us on this large job and we greatly appreciated their hard work and level of professionalism. We would absolutely call them in the future since they impressed us so much when they worked for us last time.
