Years before my first dog died, I called this business to talk about their services. I wanted to discuss it at a time when it was not an immediate need, so that I could make plans when I was not emotional. The owner was unbelievably sweet and spent some little time answering all of my questions. When my dog passed away years later, I did use Pet Cremation Services. The remains were picked up and the ashes returned promptly. There was a very kind note enclosed with the returned cremains. Everything was done extremely professionally, and I also know in my heart that these people care
