I had a bad experience with them. He installed an older unit that I thought was brand new. It was almost two years old. He didn't hardwire it in place, either. When he had to do work, he waited around until drywall people did work, and then he had to tear up the drywall. It was one of the worst experiences I've had with a provider. He was really arrogant, and he didn't perform efficiently at all.
