+ -1 moreHe was good, very prompt and very professional. He did a good job. He did the work very promptly. His price I thought was really reasonable because he also burnt me five to six discs of all my files as backup. It was well worth it to me. I did not lose a single program, lot of which was not compatible with Windows 7. I would grade him highly straight down the line. He was upfront on everything and did exactly what he said he would do.
Description of Work: I used Computer Guy-Heber Spring Inc. to take all the old programs from my old computer after I bought a new one. He switched all that off for me. The new computer had Windows 7 on it and much of the stuff from my old computer did not go in smoothly. I had tons of stuff in my old computer, will and settlements which I wanted to make sure I didn’t lose, and he did it all for me. He also helped me with my new fish-finder which had a hundred and sixty seven page instruction manual in Adobe flash. So, there was no hard copy to it, and I was trying to figure out some way of putting it on something mobile that I could take out on the boat with me. He advised me to put it on a tablet which I could take with me on the boat.
