Very professional and helpful. Checked cooler....was not shutting off. Had to order part. Did not charge for second visit to replace and put on new part. Very nice and good to explain what he was doing.

They are really good. They are excellent. They are hard to get hold of sometimes. They are refrigeration experts and they do excellent work with that. We use another company for just general simple things but when we can get Ozark Refrigeration, we get them. They usually get out here pretty. They are the ones we turn to if we have anything seriously wrong. They are real good about fixing things that are torn up.
