I called and left a voice message that I had no heat. I wasn't very long before he returned my call and made an appointment to come and take a look at it. Fortunately, it was an easy fix. He took care of it and everything has worked fine with no problems since.

It's advertised all the time on Channel 16. All of a sudden, I got up and the furnace quit, I had just bought one, but it went out. The guy they sent out was courteous, professional, did the job, did it well, and already had another thermostat with him. He's really good. The pricing is excellent. I give them the highest ratings and will use them again in the future.
