They never answer their phone. Every time you do get a hold of them they have a new excuse but will call you back on Wed because I am the first on their list. They have never called me back. Now after almost 2 months they were supposed to come out yesterday and see if it was dry enough for their truck. They still have not showed up or called. Where they have to drive their truck is on a drive way that was used by chicken haulers for over 20 years so it should not be an issue for them. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never hire them again and would not recommend any of my friends hire them either. I can understand them not being able to work when everything was frozen or covered with snow but when they had the excuse it was to cold they told me they needed 2 days in a row of it not being below freezing. The next time I called them it was at least 2 days of dry weather. We are now on day 4 of dry 60 to 70 degree weather.
