Concrete Repair
Mr. Hillis has refused to even talk to me claiming it is because I have other issues with the contractor. I do and am trying to get all of the problems fixed. Mr. Hillis hasn't even come out to see the floors. I had to contact the distributor of the stain and he had me perform the "test" to see what had gone wrong. I was told that the stain is coming off because Mr. Hillis had failed to clean the floor properly prior to the staining.
