Water Heater Service, Plumbing
We had trouble with our hot water heater, and they came out. They were very timely. Although the serviceman was quite polite, professional, neat and cleanly dressed represented the company well, he pretty much told me that I was going to have to replace this water heater. I was right away looking at a bill of $1200 and more without installation, so I told him I couldn't afford it and that I would look around for other option. He did not fix the problem but instead told me I was going to have to have a new water heater, and I was not pleased. My son had been able to get it running. I have a replacement part in case I need it, so I am going to go with what I have because I cannot afford it. I was also a little upset that he didn't make more of an effort to fix it for me. The price he quoted was reasonable.
