+ -1 moreWhen I want to do busiess with a company, I would like professionalism and service. Please don't blow me off.
Description of Work: I needed some parts for my lawn tractor. I brought in all the information and the guy didn't even write the info down. When I asked him if he needed to write the info down he said, "nope got it all up here (in his head)". I asked when it would be in and he said later that week. So I called and "no not in yet" and I kep calling, even 6 mo later! Wow, he couldn't understand why it hadn't come in. I ened up getting it elsewhere. On another occasion, I was looking for a belt, and I had the needed info and asked another younger guy if he wanted the info to "look the proper item # up" and he said no, just give me the measurements. come on, a used belt is not the original size! and again, nope, don't have that part.
