I called in a panic because I had accidentally cut the wire when I was trimming hedges. (Don't hold it against me :0 ) They came and had my air conditioner fixed in less than an hour. The HVAC men were very respectful and quick. They were very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I will definitely use them again (hopefully not under the same circumstances!!!)
