started getting cold. The unit would not heat the house. It would get to 70 and that was it. I tried to deal with it. I noticed in December that it seemed to be blowing out cold air and not warm air. I called, they don't even have a temp gauge to put on it to judge the heat coming out, whether it's right or not. Odd for a heat and air company I thought. They can't figure out what's wrong. ALL winter long, and it's been thee coldest and longest in a long time, my house has never been above 70 no matter what I do. It blows cold air more than warm. Now they decide it's tripping something in the unit, so just blowing the fan (cold air). They come out several times and still can't figure out what's wrong. My electric bill, (single person living in a small 1,600 sq. ft. house and gone 10 hours out of every day) is almost $500 2 months in a row. I'm mortified. Even when I had a unit that leaked most the time, my bill was NEVER over $350. I've had to now take money out of savings to pay my electric bill and wouldn't mind so much if it was nice and cozy in the house, but it's never above 68 or 69 now. When it does run, it's cold air and the auxiliary heat comes on. I have called at least once a week for months to Handley. They come out, can't figure out what's wrong, so do nothing but maybe reset it. They tell me it could be that I'm running space heaters (which I have to to keep somewhat comfy in my own home). I would like the unit replaced. I'd like to have what I paid for. They say it's not that easy. It's under warranty, it should work or be replaced. The fact that they can't figure out what's wrong with it (all 3 of their workmen came out once and none could figure it out), is scarey. The fact that I have to call weekly to get someone to come out, is ridiculous. The fact that I've paid over $6,000 for a unit and electric bills to sit in a house with a coat on, is ridiculous. NOT happy.

It went fine; they were out here on a Saturday or Sunday so that was amazing itself. I appreciate it because my furnace was out. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They are real honest and informative. I love working with them as they are really good to work with. They are helpful and are prompt to get back if there is a problem. I would continue to use them in the future.
