General Remodeling
The garage project turned out great. It took a while because Mark used it as filler work with his other projects. This was fine with me since we weren't in a hurry and weren't using the garage at the time. He worked with me every step of the way. The retaining wall needed to be done under a tight timeline and Mark quickly responded when I had troubled getting estimates from other contractors. The work was done on time and with great quality and professionalism. Mark is a "cost plus" contractor. He provides detailed documentation of his costs and will often consult with you before incurring some costs. His fee for my two projects ranged from 10-15%.
