I became aware of the leaks in the "crawl space" when my annual termite inspection was performed. Mr. Van Cleave was able to come and analyze the situation the same day, let me know the approximate price, under $300 and complete the work the next day and billed me $275 for all parts and labor.

He was a fantastic plumber and was very reliable. I've never met anybody as good as Jim was. He calls you back as soon as he can and he was very professional. His pricing was reasonable as well.
