They were just great. They were easy to deal with and the service was great.

Wonderful support - no hazzle, no delays.  They stand behind their product and warranty.  Excellent workmanship - we were impressed.

This company was horrible to deal with. The job was never completed mainly because the sales person "Mack," claimed that I only wanted 3 windows repaired, when I stated that I wanted all of the windows with moisture in them repaired. When the people came to measure, I confirmed my request with them and when they returned and realized that they missed a few windows and would have to measure and return, I had no issues with that. They did what they said, but missed yet another window. When I contacted Mack, he claimed that I told him not to replace more than 3 windows, he spoke over me and refused to acknowledge his error. When I spoke with his supervisor "Bill," he said that the order says replace 3 windows, so that's all he knows and didn't as much as apologize. It was a terrible experience and ended up costing me much more than their original estimate because they had so many mistakes and errors....which they never apologized for or even acknowledged. I ended up having to contact another local company to come out and fixed Harry G. Barr's mistakes and they did a great job! Don't use this company!!! Their service is even worse than their work!
