We have to use them because they are the ones that came with the termite inspection when we bought this house. They contact us to use them for pest control. They are way expensive. I tell them they do not compare to another company. I am not a big fan of theirs. Their cost is super high. You have to call them and tell them you can't afford it and then they lower it. It is $350 for one year of termite insurance and finally they got it down to $200. They did find some termite damage in the front window. They say they have shown up sometimes and we have not seen them.
