SHARUM'S GARDEN CTR LLC

To begin with Frank Sharum is an a** so be prepared. He will not return your phone calls and if your opinion differs from his he will argue with you. I told him what wanted and he told me it was going to look like s**t!..He said it would look like a gast station in Tulsa. I told him from the beginning this job had to be done beofre we left on vacation. He put the work off till the last two dasy before we were to leave. I ended up helping his 2 guys for those two days by using my own tractor with frontend loader. The price was quoted as $2500 but when I got the bill is was $2800. My originla quote also included a concrete bench that to this day I still do not have. When I asked about my own labor and use of my equipment being deducted from the bill I was told that they didn't ask for my help so no deduction. Wehn I asked about eh additional $300 I was told that I got alot more plants than I paid for so I should be happy. Now that hot weather has arrived I have had some plants die that are under warranty...took me 12 days to get someone to show up juts to look at several plants that were dead or damaged.....wehn they show back up the brought 2 new plants and the one sick tree. DON'T USE THEM! You are in for heartache if you do.
