Wonderful, beautiful job No problems. Did forget a tarp full of old shingles i wish they would come and get because im 85 yr old and handle it. I feel they just overlooked it because they were a super crew

The entire job was done in one day with about six to eight workers. They moved all my outdoor lights away and outdoor furniture; basically anything that could be harmed. When the job was complete, it was inspected by the Roofing Force Representative, Jordan Swezey. Jordan interfaced with the me, the roofers, his office and my insurance company; he was in total control and I didn't have to worry about anything because I was taken care of.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. They were professional and precise. We had great communication and Carrie at the office was very helpful with all the information and calculations to make it happen. The crew was prompt and nice and did the job very well. Thank you guys!

Everything went as promised. Great company! Jordan worked very hard with our insurance company to make sure the job was done right! We are very pleased with this company!

Roofing force allowed a crew to come to my house and work on my house without supervision or translator. My husband tried to address concerns as the project progressed but no one would listen. We tried to go through the chain of command but there was someone passing the buck. Even though my husband stated he wanted an updated roof the salesman was not listening. We tried to tell him that we had a different insurance adjuster assigned but he didn't listen. We had a downpour in our house. Crews who could not speak to us was working in our house. We told supervisors that our house was not being done correctly but they asked us not to interfere with experienced workers although we saw their workers looking on UTube to find out how to do something we asked them not to do. We asked to have our house fixed one way but we got another. A quick job is what you get with empty promises. We were told the owner would oversee the last job and he didn't show and the roofer didn't finish.

TJ Cunningham did a great job of explaining the placement of the roof and what to expect. He walked around to inspect the work once the roof was placed.
