Sears was contracted by our home warranty company and could not schedule appt. for a week or more for washing machine repair. Requested another vendor and Ronnie HARGROVE was assigned the project. He came next day and did a perfect job.

Ronnie scrapped, cleaned, matched, cut tiles and layed them very neatly. Best of all he arrived when he said he would and didn't leave a big mess. He only has a cell phone, no business phone.
