lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreI bought an electric start self-propelled mower and I wanted to exchange it to a smaller riding mowers but they wouldn't let me because they have already sent the warranty card. I believed that was my responsibility if i wanted to sent the warranty card. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. I just didn't like the staff and I didn't like anything about the experience. I still have the lawn mower and it works but it was not a good customer service.
