Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We bought a shower door from this company several years ago. The seal started coming loose and since we still had the papers from when we bought it, we could see the part that needed to be ordered that included a new seal. We went to their retail store and were told that they do not order replacement parts. We argued that since we purchased the door there, they should order the necessary replacement part. Nope. Too bad. They were sorry, but they would not order the replacement part and we should contact the manufacturer. We left the store, went home, contacted the manufacturer, and were told by them that we could not order replacement parts from them and we should contact our dealer! So, what are we supposed to do! Seems ridiculous to take out the whole door and replace it in order to get a new seal. Pretty disgusting!
