Lawn Tool Repair
Parts clerk answered the phone when I called. Asked to speak w/ the service manager to see if mower repair possible. Was told mgr. does not take calls. Explained I was retired and handicapped so did not want to bring mower in unless it could be worked on. Was told to tell her the problem. My service issue is complicated and I felt it most efficient timewise to speak with the manager. Was told I would have to talk to her about the problem. When I repeated my mobility difficulty and needing to know if the service dept. would tackle my repair, she hung up on me. I consider that LOUSY customer service, blatantly rude, and extremely unprofessional.
