All employees have their real estate license. The last person that I worked with, Wendy, I didn't really like. She's nice. She's young so she doesn't know a lot. She constantly wants to call me back. She can't answer a lot of my questions, but has an attitude with me sometimes. I like the company, just not her. She did ok with the rental I am using, but I don't have the option to work with another agent. I didn't feel that comfortable working with her.
