+ -1 moreI begged the woman to return my $500.00 and she laughed at me and said it's the store's policy. My 2 granddaughters were there and asked me how Hanks Furniture could take my money like that.
Description of Work: I bought a sofa & love seat, went home and decided not to buy it. I called Hanks and they told me they weren't going to give all my money back because it was loaded on the truck in Benton, AR. Hanks kept $500.00 of my money.
