furniture sales
+ -1 moreHaven't heard anything since my initial request in January. When I would try to contact Mr. Goins, he was out to lunch, or not in that day. Left repeated requests for call back, never heard a thing. This is not the salesman's fault, Casey Vickery. Contacting manufacturer for relief.
Description of Work: Refuses to honor warranty on Lazy Boy Chair. Won't return phone calls, no remedy offered by salesman.
