My husband sent a dozen roses for our wedding anniversary. He sent 4 red roses and 8 yellow roses in a lovely bouquet. Fort Smith Florist delivered the bouquet on Thursday. By Saturday the yellow roses were wilting. By Sunday the yellow roses were withered and needed to be discarded. I called Fort Smith Florist on Monday and told them about the roses that wilted. They were very professional and said they wanted to replace the yellow roses. That afternoon they brought out 8 yellow roses to replace the withered roses. My husband and I both appreciate their willingness to stand behind their product and their professionalism. We will use them for future orders and will recommend them to our friends.
