Pamela Martin started her Real Estate Career is South Florida in 2005. As a Realtor in the Broward Beach area, her main Portfolio was in the sale of waterfront property. However, after the down turn of the real estate market she quickly turned those stale waterfront properties into Income producing properties. That is when she embraced Property Management and restructured her career. In 2008, she and her family relocated to the River Valley area. She brings with her an extensive marketing history, while handling various administrative tasks with diligence, excelling at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment and has “Outside of the Box” marketing and problem solving skills.
