In the beginning they were responsive and great to work with. Until the job seemed to be finished,  They demanded to be paid the second half of the bill before they left the house should have looked a little closer at the work before they left!  I'm no roofer but made me wish i had done it myself the workmanship is pathetic apparently if you patch where an old roof vent was you just support it with the singles that should hold it till the warranty is up.  they also sold me on the latest and greatest ridge vents then just barely cut  holes to vent from and what they did cut crooked and sorry looking. And the vent cap on the furnace/water heater vent was never replaced and has been off for at least 7-8 months now so needless to say i would steer clear there's got to be someone out there who could beat that.

They came right out to give me an estimate and worked with my insurance adjuster.  I was impressed at first......after going back and forth several times regarding payment, they wanted me to pay 100% up front, I finally paid 1/2 down so they could order my materials.  They were supposed to be here on June 13th to install the new roof, after not hearing from them for over two weeks I called and the owner said that my materials didn't come in but as soon as they arrived they would be right out.  They came out on July 1st and installed the new roof and there were problems right away.  The front of my house looked awful, they agreed and tore the front section off and reinstalled the next morning.  I had concerns with how many shingles were standing up on the edges and they assured me that with a few days time the heat from the sun would heat up the tar paper and the shingles would adhere.  That was on Friday morning, today is Tuesday morning and the shingles have still not laid down properly.  The owner just came out and said that was pretty much the best is was going to be and if I didn't pay him the other 1/2 he would put a lien on my house.  I've contacted our insurance adjuster and another two other roofing companies and they all agree that the work was not done correctly.  I've even had neighbors mention the problems to us.  I spent an hour outside picking up cigarettes and nails after they left.  I would never recommend this company to anyone!  Please chose a roofing company wisely as we are paying for our mistake on picking them!

They were so fast that I never saw them work. They were gone by the time I got back home. The boss met up with me at my house to let me know how things went and what they found, I payed up. I'm glad it's done right now and I don't have to worry about it anymore. JOB WELL DONE.

They arrived on time everytime and looks like they werent even here except for new shingles
