Went to the Ft Smith home show this year. Looking for home improvements and air conditioning professionals. Spoke to them all of them and decided that B&J were the best choice.
Having them come and giving me an estimated cost of replacing a 5 year old Grand Air system they offered to install the Clean Air effects system with the purchase of a new XV 20, a $1200 free bee!
I couldn't have been happier with the installation and the prompt response from all their employees. Had more fun and gained more knowledge about heating and air with a heat punp then I thought I'd already knew.
What a FANTASTIC experience and professionalism from this company. A free years maintenance and NO changing filters again, who could possibly ask for more.
One of the owners "Jason" goes out of his way to ensure that you understand everything there is to know and tells you to call him anytime you have a question! He's absolutely right because he's always available to speak with his customers.
We just recently built a new 30x50x14 foot garage, B&J will be back in the fall to install a new system in it!
I highly recommend this company for ANY replacement or maintenance on your system!
Can't wait til the fall to have them back and install a new unit in my "man cave," I mean garage!

I didn't have B & J Heating and Air do the job, because the estimate was too high, they were too wishy washing about what was to be done, and often did not return my phone calls promptly when I had question so I faxed them questions.
