I definitely cannot recommend these guys at all. 
They sold me in the beginning by making a good impression, paying attention to details, being family owned, and overall very responsive and helpful in working around through the insurance and some HOA issues. 
Then it went bad. They told me they would be here on a Monday. I come home from work expecting a mostly complete roof and nothing. No one was here. Nothing was started. No phone calls, no messages, nothing. After calling they had no explanation. Only we will be there tomorrow. 
They were nearly complete with the job the next day. I assumed they would be back the following morning to clean up the 100's of nails, roofing debris, trash, left over lunch garbage, utensils, etc, etc. But no. Again no communication, nothing. It took a call to get them back to clean up their s***. The guy said we were going to be back to finish the last bit of ridge work the following day. I suppose I was supposed to let the trash blow around my neighborhood for 3 days and let my kids and pets step on the nails. Of course it was part of the contract to clean up the mess.
Next good rain we had, I got a leak. Minor problem, but still not what you want. They fixed this promptly. The only reason I rated a C for responsiveness.
I left voicemails to arrange final payment in which I did not get replies from for weeks. In the meantime I sent a check to the best available local address which was somehow lost. Never have got that check returned from the post office. This was money out of my pocket for the stop payment fee.
