This is more about Moving Staffers which is connected/ highly recommended by ABF/ U-pack IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS AND YOUR MONEY DO NOT USE STAFFMOVERS!!! Packing crew did not listen to requests not to pack certain things. Packed a lot of unwanted items and trash. Did not pack specified items. We had to stuff things into the car and had to leave several things behind as there was just not enough room in the car. One member showed total disregard for a piece of antique furniture. Although it was wrapped in the center, the ends were not. He roughly stood it up on the end that wasn't protected and scraped it on the driveway onto a dolly. They also broke a piece of antique stemware and a vase, didn't say anything and left it in a corner of the dining-room covered by paper and it was not discovered until I stepped on it with bare feet AFTER they had already left. I won't know what else is damaged until I am able to get the "ABF TRAILER" unloaded (NOT using M Staffers EVER again). Also, they refused to take a $3000 radial saw apart and we had to leave it after being told they would. Since we had a limited time to get what we wanted out (executor of the estate wanted to sell the house) we lost a lot of treasured items. I originally spoke with Justin Pugh. He was polite and courteous. He informed me the price of $790.00 was for premium loading 17ft of a 28ft "ABF TRAILER". He also stated that the crew would have the necessary tools to take apart what needed to be taken apart. I asked if that price was for all day and he stated that yes , they would be there until finished. They left and said they would be back the next day. Got charged extra for that too. He also said if there were any problems or changes to call HIM personally. So after a 12 hr. road trip we get there on June 22nd and the "ABF TRAILER" was delivered on June 23rd. I realized at that time after going through the house we were going to need help with not just the loading but also packing . So I call and I'm told for packers and packing materials it will be another $1500 to $1600 which with the loading comes out to be aprox. $2300-$2400. I was also told any packing we did and any of my boxes and materials that were used would be taken off the bill as well as the materials they didn't use. I personally had aprox 40+ sturdy reinforced boxes and a multi pack of tape. They used all but maybe 5 of those boxes and counted the boxes we had already packed as theirs, and used all my tape. Then when they were allegedly finished they took all but 2 of the boxes they brought in. Okay, so today I see my billing receipt in my email and it's $3146.67 and the loading has jumped from $790 to $1589.04! MORE THAN DOUBLE. Today I call and I want to speak to Justin but was told anyone can handle my call. I failed to get her name but I proceed to tell her about my bill. All of a sudden she got extremely rude and combative. She is very unprofessional (and in my opinion a detriment to the business) and I had to yell to get a word in . She proceeds to inform me that the price went way up because I had ordered services for a 16ft pod and not 17ft of a 28ft trailer, which turned out to be a 26ft trailer that I was originally charged for all 28 ft. She said that she set the order up and that I said it was a pod. At no time did I EVER! order a pod or set up for loading one! When I originally spoke and set up the premium load it was with Justin Pugh and he knew I had already set up delivery for an "ABF TRAILER"! Why would he say it was a pod. Unless this company is well versed in bait and switch which I am beginning to see it as just that. I had planned on using you to unload but that's NEVER going to happen now. I will be disputing that extra $800+- charge. What I don't get is how a premium load can go from $790( and that included loading everything) to $3,146.67 just for four guy's to pack things in boxes(which at least 40 of those boxes were mine................ So it seems I have been charged an extra $799.04 for these people to load 5 extra feet of truck space...........absolutely Ludicrous! I have the truck in storage right now and plan on having it delivered July 29th and I am afraid as to how much damage I am going to find. So a move that was originally supposed to cost around $3,000.00 including the truck has more than doubled to $7,016.00

It went well. We moved our whole house to a different state. They dropped the semi trailer off and we called them back after it was packed. They were on time dropping it off and picking it up. They were professional and a good value. It was perfect.
